The Advanced Wound Care Account Manager will be solely responsible for selling Integra’s Tissue Technology product line within a defined territory.  Products will include but not limited to:

  • TCC-EZ®. Total Contact Casting is recognized as the Gold Standard of Care for off-loading a diabetic foot ulcer
  • MEDIHONEY® is the global leading line of medical-grade honey products for the management of wounds and burns
  • AMNIOEXCEL® Amniotic Allograft Membrane is a novel human placental-based tissue product.
  • PriMatrix™ a novel acellular dermal matrix
  • OmniGraft™ a bilayer dermal regenerative matrix

Primary responsibility will be to achieve or exceed defined territory sales revenue targets through strategic planning, relationship building, new account targeting, extensive product and market knowledge, along with exceptional customer service.  The Advanced Wound Care Account Manager will call on commercial out-patient wound care centers. The Advanced Wound Care Account Manager will work across Integra functional areas to ensure customer satisfaction. As well as, work with their team to ensure that regional/corporate financial goals are met.



  • Develop new business with customers and accounts previously not sold to
  • Attain monthly and quarterly sales objectives as defined by regional manager and corporate senior management
  • Develop a formal business plan at the beginning of each fiscal year to be followed by subsequent monthly and quarterly territory reports aimed at achieving or exceeding territory sales goals
  • Executes sales strategies for the entire Integra advanced wound care product portfolio to potential customer base (e.g. hospitals, health care providers, wound care clinics, VA).
  • Demonstrates continuous achievement of sales performance via ranking, incremental growth, contest performance and trending.
  • Prospects new business opportunities and develops and maintains working relationships with current customer base, distributor and distributor representatives in the regional and corporate account channels.
  • Strives to continuously build knowledge of the Company’s advanced wound care product line, industry intelligence and potential markets (e.g. attends webinars, trade shows, reads publications). Demonstrates knowledge of all Company products.
  • Effectively educates customers through in-servicing and proactively collaborates with Regional Business Manager, Enterprise Group, marketing, pricing, medical education and Clinical Field Specialists to educate customers via literature, in-servicing and the implementation of evidence trials.
  • Work with peers when called up to support case coverage and inventory requests
  • Identify product improvement opportunities for sales, marketing and product development teams.
  • Provide a consultative role in accordance with specific product indications
  • Operate within defined budgets and strictly with in accordance with Corporate policies and procedures




The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required; business or science-related degree preferred
  • Minimum two years’ experience business-to-business sales (or similar)
  • Two years Outpatient wound care and/or surgical experience is preferred
  • Excellent analytical, written and verbal skills.
  • Confidence to communicate with established physicians and other surgical personnel
  • Strong negotiation and selling skills.
  • Interpersonal and political savvy within out-patient wound care setting
  • Track record of developing sales plans and executing
  • Team player
  • Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs
  • Highly competitive with a strong track record of success
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
