    Responsibilities

    • Able to integrate sales data from multiple sources, analyze the sales data and perform deep dive analyses on results, highlight trends, gaps and opportunities
    • Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports, analytics, dashboards, and other intelligence essentials to the sales organization
    • Provide analytical support for various initiatives within the Sales, Finance, and Marketing organizations
    • Work with Shared Services team on sales territory alignment projects and variable sales compensation analysis as needed
    • Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point, Access) and an ability to navigate through software applications, experience with Oracle, COGNOS and Salesforce.com is a plus
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work at a high level of accuracy
    • Support field sales representatives, regional manager, sales operations and perform other related duties as assigned.
    • Flexible and positive can-do attitude with outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a variety of personalities to execute mutually beneficial solutions
    • Responsible for proper SOP documentation related to duties and responsibilities within the operations and support teams.
    • Perform ad-hoc projects as necessary
    • Be a self-starter and ability to work independently

    Qualifications

    • BA or BS degree
    • 3+ years’ experience in Sales Operations or Finance with extensive data mining/manipulation and data validation skills.
    • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point, Access), COGNOS, Salesforce.com and Oracle knowledge is desired
    • Strong communication skills, customer oriented and previous experience in a role requiring significant multi-tasking
