Integra LifeSciences has entered into an acquisition agreement of Codman Neurosurgery.   This transformational acquisition creates compelling value for our shareholders, employees and patients, and enhances our global position in neurosurgery by adding a complementary product portfolio and the world-recognized Codman brand. This expansion position is open as a result of this exciting acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Manage IT issues and service requests to resolution across the entire IT infrastructure stack, including PCs, laptops, servers, virtualization, storage, networks, remote access, WAN acceleration, and security tools
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for local employees, including Executives and Trading Desk for IT Infrastructure related issues
  • Manage IT issues and service requests to resolution
  • Troubleshoot problems in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user training as required
  • Provide mentoring and cross training of Junior level staff
  • Install, diagnose, repair, maintain and upgrade systems hardware, software and related equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Application Support: provide support to end users about how to use software applications to fulfill business objectives
  • Work as part of the wider Global IT Infrastructure team on global projects.
  • Meet Service Level Agreements and Helpdesk/Desktop Support related Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Coordinate cross functional IT changes between internal users, executives, development teams, and outsourcing providers
  • Utilize internal HelpDesk Ticketing System
  • Document processes and solutions for use by other team members, Help Desk, and outsourcing providers

Qualifications

  • Strong Systems administration knowledge supporting Windows Server 2008/2012 in a VMWARE environment and other core infrastructure technologies such as Citrix XenApp, Active Directory, PKI, SAML, IRM/RMS, DLP, and VDI (Citrix XenDesktop/VMWare View)
  • Strong knowledge systems automation technologies such as Windows Shell Scripting (Batch), VBScript, PowerShell, Perl, WinBatch, WiseScript, InstallShield, or Flexera
  • Experience supporting systems management and deployment technologies such SCCM, Puppet, Chef, Solarwinds, and vCloud Automation
  • Knowledge of basic networking technologies such as DHCP, DNS, VPNs, Firewalls, Routing, and Wireless networks
  • Experience with a Globally distributed server and workstation environment
  • Strong working knowledge of supporting Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010, PC, Laptop and Workstation class hardware and related peripherals
  • Must be self-motivated, flexible, proactive with issues and responsive to various levels of staff and management
