Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

 

  • Gathers evidence to support Sarbanes Oxley control testing and determines where improvements can be made. Reports anomalies and concerns to the Manager, Security Operations for follow-up.
  • Updates Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, and Guidelines for the Information Security-related operations.
  • Monitors Security Event Incident Management (SIEM) for alerts and provides initial assessment on criticality.
  • Assists with confidential investigations in matters such as misuse of company assets, theft, and violations of Integra policies.
  • Conducts vulnerability assessments on external and internal systems/devices to ensure compliance with the overall security policy and most importantly to ensure the protection of Integra’s intellectual assets and reputation
  • Maintains documentation for access requests, security exceptions, Cyber incidents, and vendor assessments.
  • Works to develop better processes and procedures for the Global Security team.
  • Attends online and offsite Information Security seminars to enhance overall knowledge of Information Security best practices and current threats that could impact Integra’s systems, Intellectual property or reputation.
  • Responds to requests for data from Internal and External Audit functions.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years Information Security Operations experience or equivalent Information Systems experience.
  • Experience in a position where urgency and critical thinking were required with an understanding of IT and Networking functions, technology, and methodologies.
  • Desire to solve problems and practice critical thinking.
  • Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and at times without supervision.
  • Use of security tools such as IBM QRadar, Encase,Carbon Black, DLP, McAfee Security Manager, RSA Envision, Varonis, Intrusion Detection/Prevention or similar tools.
