To perform this position the Field Engineer II is responsible for:


  • Fielding technical service phone calls/emails and issue Return Authorizations for repair products.
  • Maintain customer information databases as required.
  • Clear and concise communication via phone or email with customers/reps/internal contacts.
  • Works with Integra personnel to improve processes, work environment and standards and/or work instructions.
  • Train or troubleshoot issues on Integra products or new products.
  • Occasional travel to perform installation or onsite troubleshooting of Integra products.
  • 24 hour after hour Technical service when scheduled. 


  • BS in Software Engineering or other technical degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with medical devices and support desired.
  • 2+ years’ experience in product or technical support
  • Strong customer services experience
  • Strong communication/written skills
  • Customer oriented and previous experience in a role requiring significant multi-tasking
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point), Oracle knowledge is desired
