  • Setup, Insertion & Packaging off Files
  • Under direct supervision of the Molding Supervisor.
  • Receives work orders and completes setup of inserting equipment for the desired length, manually inserts files into channels and operate inserting machine. Loads and secures files into packing material and labels. In addition completes printing setup and operates printing & crimping equipment.
  • Completes in process inspection of inserted channels and packaging to verify the conformance of parts to the required specifications & verifies quality. Lives the Integra values.
  • Follows all work instructions and standard operating procedures, enters data & completes all required documentation.Completes all required training in the allowed time. Helps and assist in training others.
  • Completes 6s projects and all general housekeeping activities


Education: High School Graduate (or GED)


Experience: 6 to 12 months of related experience.


  • Must be able to read and write in English. Must be able to demonstrate comprehension of written English by successfully completing written test, including, but not limited to, Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Must be able to observe company policies and safety procedures at all times.
  • Must be able to give and welcome constructive feedback; contribute to building a positive team spirit.
  • Must be able to treat others with respect; work with integrity and ethically; uphold organizational/ Integra Values.
  • Must have basic computer skills.
  • Must be able to handle small components.
