    Manage and support  Microsoft Cloud Services including Azure AD and Office365.


    • Administration on the Office365 cloud services (Exchange Online, OneDrive for business, Skype for Business, Azure Active Directory, Azure RMS).
    • Office365 service health monitoring and management of service requests.
    • Office365 Exchange Online administration (email domains, policies, transport rules, etc.).
    • Implements and manages Azure Single Sign-on Service (Azure SSO) & Multi Factor Authentication Service (Azure MFA).
    • Works with internal security team to evaluate and implement Office365 and Azure cloud security policies. 
    • Leads email migration for merger and acquisition (M&A). 
    • Serves as an escalation point for Global Assistance Center for Office365 end user support.

    Perform operational and projected related tasks on company worldwide Microsoft Active Directory service. This may include, but is not limited to the following:


    • Window server setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance. 
    • Manage Active Directory Domain Services including DNS, DHCP, Certificate Services, Federation Services (ADFS), Azure Active Directory Synchronization. 
    • Design and optimize AD domain topology, upgrade domain controllers, upgrade domain & forest functional level. 
    • Lead Active Directory integration and migration for merger and acquisition (M&A) 
    • Monitor Active Directory service health and optimize performance and enhance security including DC server patching.
    • Troubleshoot issue of various complexities for Active Directory and supporting services.

    Manage and Support  Business Applications

    • Assist vendors and business application owner to upgrade or troubleshoot business applications such as Protiviti Governance Portal, Office TimeSheet, Oracle Identity Management. 
    • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, disk space, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs.

    Perform off-hours maintenance and provide off-hours support of information systems as needed.


    Creates and maintains accurate documentation including information systems design, installation operational procedures, security, change management and other documentation for system validation and performance evaluation. Complete all company-required training related to FDA and industry compliance, and adhere to company standard operating procedures.


    Assist management in systems capacity planning, design, implementation, development, and execution of contingency plans, research of new technologies, and creating standards and procedures for operating information systems. Assist in project planning and implementation as necessary. Supports integration and system upgrades as necessary. Ensures that policies and procedures are followed throughout information systems projects.



    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and 7-9 years of experience in a similar capacity,
    • or two-year degree/technical school diploma and 10-12 years of experience in a similar capacity.
    • Technical certifications (Microsoft MCSA & MCSE: Active Directory service, Cloud, Azure, Exchange, Windows Server; VMWare VCP; et al) a plus.
