    The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting and executing Sales Analytics, Contract Management and Sales Support activities for Integra LifeSciences Enterprise Sales Operations Department in alignment with departmental and corporate objectives.


    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

    • Utilize strengths in Cognos, Oracle, Model N, Excel, and PowerPoint in order to extract, transform and report on multiple data sources to provide analysis and insights
    • Integrates and analyzes data from various sources for customer initiated documents
    • Partner with customer service and facilitate pricing discrepancy analysis researching the variance between the customer invoice and the contracted pricing by product, hospital
    • Partner with Sales Management and Field Marketing on data submission and assignments for cross divisional GPO and IDN: RFI’s / RFP’s
    • Partner on the Contract Process, including Establishing, Implementation and Contract Management between Sales, Legal, Pricing, Divisional Sales Operations.
    • Loading of new and existing GPO and IDN contract, pricing and product information into the Model N contracting system
    • Coordinating with the Sales team, Divisional Sales and Operations teams on existing pricing and membership rosters.
    • Ensure the accuracy and quality control of all reports and automate the processing of the reports.
    • Consolidates revenue data, analyzes trends and generates reporting to management.
    • Assists in providing support to field-sales management teams whereby prioritizing and responding to a variety of reporting related requests on daily basis.
    • Provides Sales Support assistance as needed for Contract Analytic Reporting and Quarterly Partnership Reviews.
    • Liaise with the IT team, provide feedback on-going projects.
    • Provide timely updates to Management Team on on-going projects.
    • Strong communications (verbal & written), attention to detail along with the proven ability to manage concurrent projects independently is a must for this role.


    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline from an accredited university
    • 2-4 years intermediate to advanced data mining/manipulation and data validation skills utilizing Excel, Cognos, Oracle, Access
    • Experience working with and knowledge of Model N, a plus
    • Preferred understanding of the Medical Device and previous knowledge of industry sales data best practices.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks. Must function independently and possess solid organizational skills.
    • Demonstrates a strong sense of business acumen.
    • Very high attention to detail and quality control is imperative.
