• Quality Call Monitoring/Evaluation
• First Call Resolution and transfer analysis/Customer Pain Points when doing business with Integra
• Standard Operating Procedure and Work Instruction development
• Creating dashboards in Office 365
• EDI Projects and Workout involvement/leadership


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—intern would be presenting project findings/solutions to leadership;
  • Advanced Excel and MS Office product skills.
  • Preferred:  Experience in Oracle, customer service/retail;
  • Business, Marketing major.
