    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:


    • Analysis of monthly/quarterly revenue and overall P&L results for the company with various comparison points including Budget, latest internal forecast, external guidance and prior year and provide meaningful insight to business and support management decisions
    • Calculating current and historical run rates to identify trends in the business
    • Building strong reporting and business partnering relationships with the broader Finance organization
    • Developing enhanced analytical and modeling techniques for various financial metrics
    • Providing financial and operational support to evaluate the long-range strategic business plan, periodic reforecasting processes and other ad-hoc projects
    • Driving process improvements related to forecasting and results analysis
    • Preparing ad hoc analyses as needed
    • Oversight and management of staff, including managing priorities and redirecting as needed


    The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for this position: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA is preferred
    • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Finance and/or Accounting roles including Financial Planning and Analysis and/or Budgeting
    • Systems experience including logic and/or process flow
    • Strong Excel skills and proven experience in financial modeling
    • Managing direct reports experience
    • Detail oriented; strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills in conjunction with the ability to interact with all levels in the organization
    • Experience with multidimensional databases such as Hyperion, BPC or TM1 is a plus
