    Responsibilities

     

    • Update Resource Manager system in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure that it always reflects the most current person in the role.
    • Update Territory Manager with approved territory changes in accordance with the SF ticketing process. Maintain the integrity of the TM system by ensuring that only valid changes are processed and that they are done on a timely basis and in accordance with Corporate and Divisional requirements.
    • Work with Business Analyst to proactively resolve territory conflicts when changes are requested.
    • Maintain the Territory hierarchy in Territory Manager and make structural revisions as needed and directed. Advise Business Analyst of Zip code changes and map these to ensure we retain system completeness and integrity.
    • Participate as directed in projects or workouts that enhance TM capabilities.

     

    Qualifications

    • BA or BS degree
    • 2+ years of experience with complex data management and calculations.
    • Experience with Oracle Territory Manager highly preferred
    • Experience with Terralign or similar territory management software
    • Excellent Excel and analytical skills, experience with SQL is a plus
    • Attention to detail and an ability to understand and maintain a very complex operating structure.
    • Excellent communication skills and an ability work quickly without compromising accuracy.
    • Collaboration with the BI team and Business Analysts to promptly manage and rectify issues.
