    Responsibilities

    Supports the development and execution of Integra’s diversity and inclusion strategy.   The role will be responsible for leading efforts, programs and initiatives to enhance and retain our diverse and inclusive culture.  A successful candidate will understand the business impact of diversity and inclusion and leverage key metrics and strategies to drive positive business outcomes.  

     

    • Lead the execution and delivery of diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives
    • Inspire commitment and participation across the organization through various communication and partnership channels.
    • Enhance diversity and inclusion awareness and education efforts including the development and facilitation of workshops, training, tools and resources.
    • Lead analytics, including metrics, trends, and reports identifying the impact of our programs and initiatives
    • Act as a liaison for employee resource groups (ERG) to help drive iniatives, membership and employee engagement.
    • Support, coordinate and lead various internal and external networking events focused on attracting, engaging, and retaining diverse and inclusive talent.
    • Develop and deploy initiatives to drive the attraction and retention of diverse employees to our organization.

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, multi-cultural studies, human resources or related degree.
    • 5 years’ experience in a diversity and inclusion role
    • Experience in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to lead multiple projects, iniatives
    • Attention to detail coupled with analytical skills to establish metrics, understand trends and develop programs to address needs.
    • Cross-functional team player, ability to collaborate and influence across a global organization
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment
    • Continuous improvement/ proves improvement focus
    • Demonstrated project management experience
