    Responsibilities

    As an HR Project Manager, you will execute a portfolio of projects that span all areas of HR. You will be a responsible for:  active project management, project oversight, guiding stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of potential and active projects, and for the planning, execution, and completion of assigned HR projects and initiatives. This role will ensure that effective communication and change management practices are applied to all projects.

    • Perform project management functions for HR programs and initiatives such as, planning, scheduling, organizing, and tracking processes, ensuring the feasibility of each program and the overall alignment to the organizations strategy.
    • Develops an integrated plan that includes project deliverables, strategic alignment, total cost management, enterprise-wide impacts, milestones, risks, assumptions, constraints, change management and overall project investment. Updates project plans, priorities, and project sequencing as needed.
    • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
    • Ensures quality delivery of project on time and within budget.
    • Manage resource allocation across multiple projects including capacity and project/program and forecasting future availability when deploying programs
    • Successful management of HR Program roadmap and strategic alignment with organization initiatives
    • Experience with incorporating change management methodology in program/project scope
    • Establish executive level dashboards and metrics. Track project deliverables and progress using appropriate tools. 
    • Perform project evaluation and ideas of an improvement in projects going forward.

    Qualifications

    Experience Required:

    • Bachelor’s Degree - Business, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
    • 5+ years of project management experience within a global corporate environment
    • Experience working in Human Resources and foundational knowledge of HR practices, data, systems, and processes required
    • Strong capabilities with core software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Proven ability to develop and present executive level dashboards and metrics.
    • Demonstrated experience partnering at multiple organizational levels and across remote teams.
    • M&A and integration experience a plus
    • Solid experience of applying project management methodologies to HR initiatives and programs.
