    Reporting to the Vice President / General Manager, Private Label, this position is responsible for managing and executing marketing strategies and tactics associated with the driving sales of private label products.


    Responsibilities include:

    • Supporting new private label product marketing initiatives
    • Supporting new product launches with partners, advertising, promotion, brand and e-commerce marketing for the private label business unit
    • Developing and managing partner relationships;
      • communications with both internal and external stakeholders on private label marketing opportunities directed toward meeting business objectives.

    Additional responsibilities include:

    • Business and pricing analysis, market analytics, coordinating market research, business and competitive intelligence
    • Serving as marketing representative on product development projects
    • Coordination and participation in key global trade shows. 


    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Finance, Marketing or Business Administration from an accredited university or college. Advanced degree(s) in marketing or business administration discipline(s) is a plus.
    • A minimum of 3 years of product marketing, brand management or equivalent combination of education, sales and marketing experience in medical or healthcare industry.
    • Demonstrate leadership ability and success in program management.
    • Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
    • Strong marketing analytical skills, including business and financial analysis, with skills to develop and defend empirical based recommendations using complex data.
    • Must have strong oral, written communication and relationship building skills.
    • Experience working in matrix organization is desirable.



    • Must be able to travel 10% - 20% to domestic and/or international sites.
    • Lead and attend industry trade show programs and symposiums.
