    The Program Manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization. The Project Manager will work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.


    • Plans and leads corporate-wide Quality System initiatives and projects (plan and track all decisions and activities against milestones, coordinate and facilitate cross work stream collaboration and communication, escalate key risk areas to sponsors, identifies and allocates project resources)
    • Develops and manages project budgets
    • Works with intra-divisional teams to ensure all elements of a project are understood and delivered.
    • Monitors status of project milestones and reports on status.
    • Participates in program management roadmap planning sessions, including prioritization and initiation exercises.
    • Develops metrics for measuring project or program success.
    • Provides leadership and influence among multiple departments and teams to ensure projects and initiatives are successfully executed.
    • Demonstrates technical leadership as an inter-departmental resource.
    • May work with verbal and/or written instructions.
    • May train others in quality assurance or related topics.
    • Ability and willingness to travel 30%


    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Sciences required
    • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience
    • Project management certification (PMP) or equivalent
    • Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
    • Knowledge of techniques and tools
    • Experience as a project manager
    • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
    • Proficiency in project management software tools
    • Basic knowledge of applicable regulations and standards (e.g. QSR, ISO 13485, MDD, EU MDR) and how to apply the principles, practices, and procedures
