    Responsibilities

    As part of the Orthopedics and Tissue Technologies Division, the Field Marketing Manager position will be a marketing position responsible for franchise growth, customer expansion, market penetration within the Extremity Orthopedics Franchise. This position performs activities such as market analysis, product launches and surveillance, product promotion, trade shows, sales training content, KOL communication, and customer education that result in achieving revenue targets within the region

     

    The Field Marketing Manager will develop, direct and deliver a portfolio of high impact downstream marketing programs that drive new business development.  They will work closely with members of the dross functional teams to collaborate on the development of products, programs and campaigns, and apply those assets to the field for optimal impact on new business generation.

     

    • Develop creative, customized programs to drive demand
    • Drive communication and launch of Marketing Programs into the field
    • Measure and analyze the results of field marketing, refine programs for optimal ROI
    • Drive collection of Customer Insights
    • Create and execute annual marketing plans for product line
    • Manage product launches and post-launch surveillance
    • Drive Implementation of product messaging and promotion into the field
    • Monitor the regional performance (e.g. analytics, voice of the customer, inventory etc.)
    • Regularly provide regional feedback to Global Franchise teams
    • Build strong matrix partnerships with global franchise team, sales management, field sales, supply chain, operations etc. 
    • Provide product expertise and develop tools for the field
    • Develop product content for sales training and customer education
    • Communicate and manage KOL relationships
    • Drive Programs to maximize Surgeon and Sales Force Engagement
    • Participate in regional and national sales meetings, tradeshows, Medical Education events
    • Other duties as assigned by manager

     

    Qualifications

    Education

    • Bachelors Degree required

     

    Type and Number of Years of Experience

    • Preferred 5-7 years sales or marketing experience, preferably with orthopedic. 
    • Demonstrated analytical, written, and verbal skills
    • Demonstrated confidence to communicate with surgeons and hospital personnel
    • Demonstrated competence of anatomy and physiology as it pertains to the Integra Extremity and Reconstructive upper product line
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license

     

    Other Requirements:

     

    • Travel is required by automobile, train, bus, and airplane within the U.S.
    • Travel may extend outside assigned territory when product assistance is required
    • Travel responsibilities extend to corporate office, professional conventions and conferences, and any other determined by director
    • Travel responsibility is approximately but not limited to 75%
    • Relocation dependant on current location
    • Must be able to lift and carry 40lbs
