    Responsibilities

    • Operate and maintain machines in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
    • Perform routine maintenance on the machines
    • Confirm and verify product code(s), lot number(s) and quantities for production run based on the production schedule
    • Check and verify that the correct raw materials and packaging materials for the type of product manufactured supplied based on the Bill of Materials
    • As Applicable: Assign and record expiry date for products that require expiry date
    • Perform line clearances, ensuring that all materials from previous production run are removed and that only the correct materials for the current production run is present.
    • Set up and adjust machine settings according to the type of product to be manufactured, based on the Bill of Materials/Work Orders
    • Manufacture the product according to product specification and in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
    • Perform regular inspection on the quality of the product and complete the inspection report
    • As Applicable: Ensure that each box is clearly marked with the correct lot number and sterilization tape
    • As Applicable: Place samples of each product code for each lot number in Post-Sterile box
    • Pack finished product in the boxes
    • Check, confirm and record total quantity of products manufactured on Production Report
    • Submit all paperwork, bill of material and inspection report to Supervisor
    • Clean, sanitize and maintain machines in good working conditions
    • Carry-out routine maintenance on the machines as required
    • Assist with the training of new Operators
    • Performs additional related duties as required
    • Perform duties in a safe and timely manner, observing Good Manufacturing Practices at all times
    • Actively participate in Safety programs, trainings and initiative
    • Actively participate in Daily operations and KPI reviews
    • Monitors line efficiency and performance of machine. Explains and suggest improvements to hit scheduled target

    Qualifications

    • Completed Secondary Education
    • Machine operation experience required
    • Can communicate effectively both verbal and written
    • Have mechanical aptitude
