    • Enter data for quantities of parts issued and transferred between locations, inventory, and cycle count adjustments into the computer database.
    •  Close all shop job packets received and purge computer database
    • Receive and issue finished goods into the computer database.
    • Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies with manufacturing and inspection personnel
    • Record and monitor all items with shelf life per SOPs and notify the appropriate personnel
    •  Perform and prepare cycle count reports for inventory accuracy.
    •  Prepare and participate in yearly physical inventories.
    • Perform shipping and receiving duties as required per the appropriate SOP’s.
    • Support the shipment of goods produced and the received goods and supplies to be used in or to aid in the production/storage of goods destined for sale to our customer base.
    • Responsible to make arrangements for pick-up by the carrier specified on the customer’s purchase order which is conveyed to the shipping clerk through sales order written instructions
    • Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department lead person or department supervisor.
    • Responsible for keeping an adequate supply of shipping materials on hand at all times.
    •  Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
    •  Process all invoicing duties as required by management.
    •  Accurately pull parts by FIFO/Revision & count required number of parts needed for production orders.
    •  Use ISO9001 and ISO13485 documentation standards.
    • Perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.



    • High School Diploma.


    • 2 years of related experience.
    • Must be computer literate.
    • Must be able to work in a fast pace environment and deal with multiple priorities.
    • Must be detailed oriented and pay close attention to accuracy.
    • Ability to properly handle confidential information and records.
    • Able to analyze information gathered in order to identify potential problems or discrepancies.


    Tools and Equipment Used

    Ability to utilize a telephone, fax, copier and desktop computer with finance and other typical business programs installed, including spreadsheets, word processing and MRP/ERP systems.
