    • Daily floor support and problem solving in line with Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity objectives
    • Development, incorporation of, and maintenance of fixtures / tooling.
    • Assists in the development of product and manufacturing specifications for new and existing products. Assists in initiating and processes engineering change documents and drawings.
    • Hands-on troubleshooting and operating of equipment as required
    • Performs routine product testing and assists manufacturing engineers in the Design Control process for new products
    • Proactive identification and resolution of safety hazards and ensuring proper root cause and permanent correction actions are in place for all near-misses and accidents 
    • Coordinate maintenance and repair of machines and tooling / fixtures
    • Interface with manufacturing associates to evaluate manufacturing process improvements and provide supporting documentation to implement improvement.
    • Other duties as assigned supporting engineering and operations functions.
    • Total weighting should not exceed 100%


    • High School diploma required . Associates Degree in engineering preferred
    • Five years minimum experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
    • Electronic and mechanical equipment troubleshooting experience required
    • Experience repairing and maintaining production equipment
    • Use of CAD software (SolidWorks and AutoCAD) preferred
    • Specification creation following industry standards
    • Familiarity with cleanroom environment and practices preferred
    • Demonstrated commitment to quality and continuous improvement
    • Process improvement and analytical skills required
    • Must be able to read and write in English.  Must be able to demonstrate comprehension of written English by successfully completing unassisted written tests, including, but not limited to, Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
