    The Hydrocephalus Specialist will be responsible for Integra's Hydrocephalus product line and will report to the Area Sales Director. Primary responsibilities will be: 

    • Partner with each of the Account Managers and Regional Business Managers to achieve or exceed Area sales targets for Hydro franchise
    • Involvement in all major Area Hydro opportunities from initial presentations and surgeon training through evaluations and initial ordering
    • Leadership capabilities developed through teammate mentoring and coaching during field rides and consistent communication within Area


    Candidate Qualifications:


    • Demonstrates Hydrocephalus product line expertise and sales excellence
    • Effectively cultivates KOL and surgeon user relationships
    • Demonstrates ability to educate and train surgeons and colleagues to foster greater understanding of disease states and Integra Hydro products utility in treatment
    • Demonstrates ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues
    • Recognized leader within the sales organization
    • Higher-level role skillsets (leadership and mentoring) demonstrated
    • Expected travel 75%
